These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from SoraCool Outdoor. By using our store, you agree to these terms.

We work to keep product information accurate, but images, colors and packaging may vary slightly depending on supplier updates, screens, lighting or production batches. Product descriptions should not be interpreted as medical, therapeutic or guaranteed cooling claims.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties or local fees may be shown or calculated separately depending on the destination and payment setup.

Payments are processed by Shopify-connected payment providers shown at checkout when payment setup is enabled.

4. Order acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance if payment fails, stock becomes unavailable, the address cannot be served, fraud risk is detected, or the order contains an obvious pricing or product error. If we cannot process an order, we will contact you where possible.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders may require supplier processing before shipment. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available and may vary by destination, logistics provider, customs, supplier warehouse and local carrier conditions.

Tracked international delivery is used where available. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees. These charges, if applicable, are normally the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
