SoraCool Outdoor ships selected outdoor, cooling and travel gear from supplier warehouses to supported countries.

Shipping destination

Our first launch focus is Thailand and selected Southeast Asia markets.

Processing time

Orders may require supplier processing before shipment. Processing time can vary by product, supplier warehouse and order volume.

Delivery estimate

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. For our current supplier route, delivery may take approximately 15-30 days after supplier processing, depending on destination, logistics provider, customs and local delivery conditions.

Tracking

Tracked international delivery is used where available. Once tracking information is available, customers will receive tracking details by email.

Customs and import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees depending on the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
